Offering what is the cheapest combo meal deal among major fast-food chains, Checkers and Rally’s have put together the $4 Unbeatable Meal Deal.

Available for a limited time at participating locations chain-wide, the $4 Unbeatable Meal Deal includes:

• A choice of either a Cheese Double or a Spicy Chicken Sandwich
• A value-sized order of Famous Seasoned Fries
• A 12-oz soft drink
• A fried Cinnamon Apple Pie

The Cheese Double contains over a quarter-pound of beef (two 2.2-oz beef patties, precooked weight), American cheese, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles, on a sesame seed bun, while the Spicy Chicken Sandwich includes a crispy-fried, spicy chicken patty served with shredded lettuce and mayo on a sesame seed bun.

In addition to being cheaper, Checkers and Rally’s $4 Unbeatable Meal Deal stands out from competing offers from competitors, such as Burger King and McDonald’s, by including a dessert. Here in Los Angeles, the $4 Unbeatable Meal Deal can actually be had for $4, while McDonald’s McDouble $5 Meal Deal is $6 (the McChicken version is still $5 though). Interestingly enough, the $4 Unbeatable Meal Deal is a pared-down, less-expensive version of the $5 meal deal that Checkers and Rally’s launched last year.
